By using this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with GreenPrints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Products & Services
GreenPrints provides custom box packing and packaging solutions. All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
4. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless specified.
Final pricing may change if specifications, quantities, or materials are altered after quote approval.
5. Orders & Artwork Approval
Orders will only proceed after written approval of specifications and artwork.
Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork files are accurate, including spelling, colours, dimensions, and layout.
GreenPrints is not liable for errors approved by the customer.
6. Production & Turnaround Time
Standard production timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.
Turnaround times commence after final artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Delays caused by third parties, supply shortages, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of GreenPrints.
7. Payment Terms
Full or partial advance payment may be required before production begins.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at checkout or invoicing.
Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch.
GreenPrints is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds or returns are not accepted unless goods are defective or do not match approved specifications.
Claims must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
Order cancellations after production has started may incur full charges.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of GreenPrints unless otherwise stated and may not be used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, GreenPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
12. Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
