Shipping Policy
GreenPrints does not offer next-day delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 10–12 business days across Australia, depending on order specifications and final approval.
Standard shipping charges apply to mainland Australia only. For deliveries to regional areas, offshore territories, or international destinations, customers are advised to consult our sales team prior to placing an order.
All applicable taxes (including GST), shipping fees, and duties will be clearly stated on the final invoice. There are no hidden charges.
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure timely and secure delivery, shipments may occasionally be delayed or damaged due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or courier disruptions. Once the order has been shipped, customers should contact the respective courier (such as DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, or similar carriers) directly for shipping-related concerns.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. GreenPrints will not be held liable for loss or damage during transit. Customers are responsible for inspecting their goods and submitting any claims directly to the courier.
Policy & Procedure for Accepting Shipments
To avoid liability issues, customers must inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage is present, the shipment should be refused.
Once the delivery receipt is signed, GreenPrints cannot assist with claims for damage or missing items discovered afterward.
Custom packaging orders may be fulfilled and shipped from any of our global production or warehouse facilities (including Australia, Asia, Europe, or North America), depending on order quantity, urgency, and production requirements.
If customs duties or import charges are incurred, the customer must pay these directly to the courier to prevent delays. Proof of payment should be shared with GreenPrints for reimbursement consideration, where applicable.
Returns & Refund Policy
All GreenPrints products are custom-made and have no resale value. As such, all sales are final.
Customers must carefully review and approve all digital proofs before confirming payment. Once approval is provided (via email or chat), GreenPrints is not responsible for any errors, including spelling mistakes, design issues, colour variations, or incorrect information.
Please note that colours displayed in digital proofs may vary slightly from the final printed product due to screen settings and production processes.
Once manufacturing has commenced, the full order amount—including taxes and shipping—is payable. Refunds may only be considered if no production work has begun, and any approved refund will be subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee.
GreenPrints is not responsible for damage caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as extreme weather or courier mishandling.
All complaints must be lodged within 3 business days of receiving the order. Investigation of claims may take up to 14 business days, followed by an additional 7 business days for approved refunds. Photographic evidence is generally required.
Customers are responsible for returning rejected or faulty items to our nominated warehouse at their own expense. Returned goods must be unused, unmodified, in original packaging, and in full quantity. Partial use voids any return or refund claim.
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, exact replication of colour, material, or finish cannot be guaranteed. Customers should allow sufficient lead time in case replacement production is required.
Payment Terms
GreenPrints accepts payments via bank transfer, cash deposit, and limited PayPal options.
Orders will only be processed once funds are fully cleared. As all products are customised and made to order, customers cannot initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through banks, PayPal, or other financial institutions once the order has been approved for production.
Sample Return Policy
Samples provided for artwork or product review will be stored for 7 business days before disposal (3 days for perishable or hazardous items).
Customers must supply prepaid return packaging with correct recipient details if samples are to be returned. A handling fee of AUD $20 applies for sample returns. If GreenPrints’ postage service is required, this must be arranged in advance.
Maximum sampling quantity is up to 10 units. Sampling charges cover production, printing, packaging, and shipping costs. Final sample quantities are determined by our packaging team based on setup and package size.
General Terms & Conditions
By using this website, customers agree to all GreenPrints terms and conditions. GreenPrints reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Due to fluctuations in raw material costs, inflation, and global supply chain conditions, all quotations are valid for 15 days only.
Unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions or logistics delays may result in order delays of up to 45 days. In cases where delays exceed 45 days, GreenPrints may offer a partial refund of up to 15%, at its discretion.
Late Payment Policy
Standard payment terms require 100% upfront payment. In exceptional cases where payment upon delivery is agreed in writing, payment must be made immediately upon receipt.
If payment is not received after delivery, GreenPrints reserves the right to charge interest at 8% above the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate, along with an administration fee of AUD $120.
We also reserve the right to engage debt recovery services or initiate legal proceedings under applicable Australian consumer and commercial laws.
